Something that was also kind of funny-- they both met their spouses-to-be on their first day of being on monster peninsula. Of course, neither of them knew at the time, but it's kind of funny.]
So, uh, that person I told you I'm seeing? I met him the first day I was here, too. I, uh, I showed up last December, y'know, when everyone was washing up on the beach with parts missing? Some of the townspeople got freaked out and tried to kick the shit out of me, but he showed up just in time. Like something out of a freaking romance novel.
[Most of Tim's life has been a requiem in the key of fuck, but this? He'd lucked out with this. Somehow, Tim had won the boyfriend lottery, and maybe that made up for some of the unending shit parade that he'd had to deal with beforehand.]
Uh, I kind of feel like I should defend cameramen here? But, um, I meant stuff like are you gonna be staying in one place or moving around the room? Because I'll need to re-position equipment and it's good to know where I'll be moving stuff before we're in the middle of filming. And, like, are you gonna need props? I'm just the camera guy but it's kind of just the two of us, so I'm prop guy and everything else guy, too.
