I guess it's that time of year. Maybe you haven't been getting enough sleep or something.
[Majima did have an awful sleep schedule before he came to Ryslig, after all. Managing a cabaret club all night and then going out to dance and beat up goons and sing karaoke until dawn. Pass out for four hours, rinse, repeat. That would be hell on anybody's immune system, even if they were only 24 years old.]
[At least it wasn't quite that bad anymore, but he could probably always use a little more sleep than what he was getting. Eight hours a night, Majima! Eight of them!!]
Oh, no, it's fine, I mean the only thing I've really got on my plate for today is working on that machine. I can bring over some of the fiddly bits and work on it here, too.
[And, jeez, ordering takeout and taking a nap. That was what you did when you were in college or something and didn't have your mom or a girlfriend or something who would make soup for you.]
At least let me make you some soup or something. You're sick, I'm pretty sure that clogging up your arteries with greasy takeout isn't going to make anything better. [He fussed with the blankets a little around him, even though it was probably unnecessary.] Your fridge stocked up?
