[Tim wanted to bask in the fondness of Majima's gaze for as long as he could.]
[And then it was time for something completely different-- bondage. Apparently.]
[The rope that Majima laid against his skin was good quality and smooth, similar to the kind that he'd used on him last time and had sacrificed to free Tim's hands faster. There'd been nothing wrong with the blond color of that previous batch of rope, but Tim had to agree that the darker crimson red was better for his skin tone.]
Red, huh? [Really, he'd take almost any color that wasn't canary yellow, but he was kind of glad that Majima at least had a decent eye for color.] Yeah, I think you're right. Let's go with that one.

this thing that they had going. It was Fine. ]
Just like that?
[ There was a glint of amusement in Majima's eye, like he'd been half-expecting Tim to negotiate what type of rope he was going to be bound with in future encounters. Hey, maybe the guy had opinions on the kind of ply.
But a quick decision worked just as well, and he started toward the register, a glance over his shoulder to make sure Tim was following. The store clerk, who had been politely ignoring them until they looked like they needed help, smiled at them.
"Hi there! Do you have a point card?" ]

[So if this was the kind of rope that Majima used, than that was fine by him. It certainly had worked well enough the last time Majima had tied him to the bed posts. Tim's expectations weren't super high, he just wanted something that would look good and get the job done, preferably without leaving him with a ton of rope burns.]
[Tim did follow to the register, even if he was a little uncomfortable with piling up their merchandise on the counter in front of somebody. Sure, people clearly came into this shop and purchased this kind of stuff all the time, this probably wasn't the weirdest collection of items that this cashier had seen, but still. It was just kind of the idea of some random person knowing way too much about their future bedroom activities.]
[Til he heard the bit about the point card, anyway. Look, a deal was a deal, okay.]
You guys have a reward system?

Don't have a card now, but I'd like one. Ya got a form I need to fill out?
[ Good news for this clerk, apparently, as she beamed at Majima and Tim and produced a small paper sign-up form. "Of course! Here you go."
So don't mind Majima, filling it out...
"Oh, and were you able to find everything you needed?" ]
no subject
Oh, uh. [Standard customer service questions, you could handle answering this, Tim.] Yeah. I think we're, um, set.
[For now, anyway. Or at least until the next time that Majima didn't feel like untying the knots in the rope and ruined it all by cutting Tim free.]
Could I maybe. Get one of those too?
[Don't judge him. Maybe he'd want to custom order something one day! Like a pair of classy heels in whatever size Majima was, just as an example that was entirely unrelated to anything.]
no subject
Who would, by the way, have an appraising glance cast his way as Majima finished with his form and got his card. ]
You get the rope, I'll buy the rest. Okay with you?
[ Like... Majima was going to keep this stuff at his place anyway, right? He'd pick up the tab, then -- spend some time thinking about how he'd like to use his ill-gotten gains. ]

[Tim tried to ignore that look that Majima was giving him, because the back of his neck was already starting to go red and he really didn't want to look like a tomato while they were making this transaction. Besides, maybe he wanted this card for completely legitimate reasons! Maybe he'd need to get another pair of leather pants for work and want to get them custom-fit through this store. Totally legit!]
Yeah, that's, that's fine.
[There was no way that he could keep this stuff at his place, anyway. Tim already had to hide his leather work clothes, just to make sure that Jack wouldn't get any weird ideas.]
If you don't, um, mind storing everything.
wanna wrap this one?
[ Maybe Tim could use some custom leather. Food for thought.
The cashier rang up their items, handed out cards, wrapped the goods with pink unicorn stickers to anchor the paper in place, and handed them two bags -- unmarked. So professional! Majima sort of wondered about the unicorns, though?
"Okay! Here you are." ]
Much obliged.
