friends might be kind of a strong word for it? i don't think she disliked me or anything but we weren't all buddy-buddy

it's probably her, though. super intense, no sense of humor, probably mentioned something about cutting dudes in half?

she threw jack's money back in his face after the elpis job, so... yeah that's kind of an understatement

[But a good indicator that she wasn't going to narc on him to Jack or anything. Hell, she might want in on Tim's plans, and he'd be kind of too low-key afraid of her to say no.]

and i like fireworks, they're great. is there a holiday coming up or something?

is there even a place to buy fireworks around here? because like i'm as much of a fan of DIY as the next guy, but if we're homebrewing these fireworks i'm pretty sure i know what could go wrong

Nah, you're right. They probably only sell the small ones to random people.

I'm talkin' about hiring a pro. The whole thing'd probably be.... 10, 15 thousand? Where I'm from, at least. I bet I could convince some local businesses to chip in.

oh okay. i don't exactly have 10 grand laying around to chip in, but with some help we could probably get something together.

maybe set them off over the lake? that should be far enough from bavan that there wouldn't be any
